WhatWorks® Awards Program Disclaimer
Apply now -- deadline has been extended to September 28, 2012

Based on the overwhelming success of Bersin & Associates’ Learning Leaders awards, we’re expanding the program and renaming it to welcome applications across the HR spectrum. The new Bersin & Associates WhatWorks® Awards program is a bigger, bolder version of the popular research-driven awards that recognize innovation and excellence in critical areas of HR, learning and talent.

Join innovative Bersin & Associates members such as Accenture, AT&T, Booz Allen Hamilton, Cisco, Marriott, and SunTrust as award-winning change and thought leaders. Our new WhatWorks Awards program will recognize organizations that have developed and implemented groundbreaking approaches to HR, learning and talent resulting in significant business improvement.

Winners and their innovative and unique programs will be showcased in Human Resource Executive magazine, the media partner for the Bersin & Associates WhatWorks Program. Winners will also be featured in a follow-on report by Bersin & Associates profiling the winning submissions, and will have opportunities to be featured at Bersin & Associates’ annual research conference, IMPACT: The Business of Talent, in webinars and in case studies.

A Message from David Mallon and Kim Lamoureux:

Thank you for your interest in Bersin & Associates WhatWorks Awards Program. Our goal is to identify best practices and recognize your achievements. We look forward to hearing about how your organization is meeting its key challenges.

The program uses selection criteria based on our years of in-depth study across all areas of HR, learning, and talent management. The fundamental benchmark criteria for being recognized is simple: demonstrated proof of positive business impact based on the change, initiative, program, or process improvement described in your submission.

The award categories cover the gamut of how the HR, learning and talent related organizations can affect their organizations in positive and measurable ways. This year, we’re adding a new category, Leveraging Your WhatWorks® Membership, to recognize companies that take full advantage of their Bersin & Associates WhatWorks membership, including research and services, to drive significant operational improvement.

As always, we include a category – now called Delivering Innovation – that recognizes Solution Providers that have brought an innovative solution to the marketplace.

Be sure to check out the previous Learning Leaders winners to get an idea of the types of programs and initiatives we consider top notch. Please download a copy of Learning Leaders 2012: Lessons from the Best. All organizations – big and small, public and private, government and non-profit – have equal opportunity for recognition.

We look forward to hearing about the innovative programs that are driving results for your organization.
